Growing Dahlias on the Coast of Maine.
Judy Stallworth and Suzanne Bushnell will discuss, in a colorful power point talk, how they’ve grown dahlias over many years in their coastal gardens. In their talk they show how dahlias are classified by type, size, and color. They discuss how dahlias are propagated, grown, and then dug and stored for the season. You’ll also see many of their favorite dahlias they’ve grown over the years and how they’ve been used in arrangements and weddings.
