Plant Smart, Water Smart

Kelly Corbin of Living Landscapes of Maine will discuss how a strong understanding of site conditions (soil type, sun, and wind) can help in choosing plants that need little attention once established. We will discuss native plant options well adapted to a variety of situations that work well for intentional garden settings AND explore other ways we can be ‘water smart’ in our homes and landscapes. Also we will touch on how to use rain gardens to manage run-off.
